Description

“In one of the best independent
or small-label
submissions from a regional talent we’ve heard in
a way long time, New Orleans’ Gina Forsyth rips
it up on You Are Here, an eclectic, beautifully
played testament to choosing the right personnel
and crafting a great song. “
– Walter Pierce, The Daily Advertiser, Lafayette, LA

“Forsyth’s debut is truly one of the warmest
singer-songwriter recordings in recent memory.
May this girl go.”
-Dan Willging, Offbeat

A favorite singer-songwriter of Dave Carter, Rose
Polenzani (“no one makes me feel as consistently
fabulous as Gina Forsyth”), Kate McDonnell, Chuck
Brodsky, Leslie Smith, and The Sons Of The Never
Wrong, Gina Forsyth is also a respected cajun

creating a disc of her own memorable songs of joy
and yearning.
